Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families through outpatient virtual therapy and community-based, in-home therapy services. She provides virtual outpatient therapy to clients across Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as in-home therapy focused on meeting clients where they are and providing individualized support within their everyday environments. Alyssa works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum challenges, significant life transitions, and other mental health concerns. She draws from Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Alyssa holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). She is passionate about creating a supportive, practical, and validating therapeutic environment that helps clients build insight, develop meaningful skills, and move toward lasting growth.
